Returns & Refunds
30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
Email support@cortexcloset.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
